Build the brain. Deploy the agent.
One advanced day, live. You build a company brain, put an agent on it, and deploy it. It keeps working after. One advanced day, live on Zoom. You build a company brain on your real knowledge, put a hosted agent on it, and deploy it live. It keeps working after the session ends.
The technical room. For people who want the full system, end to end.
Engineering Day exists for the people who finish a Claude session asking about retrieval architecture, hosted agents, and production guardrails. Everything is built live, on real knowledge and real infrastructure, and you leave with the working system.
- Engineers who want RAG, knowledge management, and real retrieval architecture
- Data scientists and analytics leads building on semantic layers
- Technical founders who want an always-on agent running in production
- IT and platform leads evaluating the Agent SDK and Managed Agents
- Anyone who wants guardrails, custom tools, and deploys, not just chat
Honest note: if you're brand new to Claude, start with the 2-Day Intensive first. Engineering Day assumes you already work with Claude and want the advanced layer.
One spine, three blocks. Brain, agent, jam.
One continuous build: the brain first, then the agent that runs on it, then the advanced patterns applied to what you brought.
Build a company brain
Ingest your real knowledge (Notion, docs, code) into an indexed, queryable brain. Long context and caching vs agentic search vs RAG, and how to tell which one your corpus actually needs.
Put an agent on it and schedule it
A hosted agent that runs on your brain: Managed Agents vs the Agent SDK vs the loop you write yourself, then a scheduled deployment. It keeps working after you close the laptop.
Know it still works
Evals you can rerun when the model changes, the token ledger, and the approval gates that sit between a demo and something you let run unattended.
Bring a real knowledge base you want to build on: a Notion workspace, a docs folder, a codebase. The session runs on your real material, so you leave with a working system of your own.
