Why we created the 3-Day Intensive
Claude Code has become one of the most-used agentic coding tools among professional developers. The AI coding landscape has turned over twice in the last two years: from autocomplete (Copilot) to editor-native chat (Cursor) to agentic command-line tools (Claude Code). Each wave makes the previous training obsolete. Engineers are now left to figure out the most impactful workflow upgrade of the decade by reading blog posts at lunch.
A 3-day intensive exists to compress that discovery process. Three days, eight hours, structured curriculum, live instructor, hands-on exercises on the engineer's own codebase. The goal is simple: an engineer who walks into Day 1 casually using Claude walks out of Day 3 running multi-agent workflows they built themselves.
Other live intensives exist for adjacent skills: a React intensive, a Kubernetes intensive, a machine-learning intensive. Until Claude Camp, there was no serious live Claude program specifically targeting practicing software engineers. This is that.
What the Claude 3-Day Intensive covers
Day 1 is foundations: how LLMs and the Messages API actually work, the complete Claude product suite (Chat, Code, Design, Cowork, Agent SDK, Managed Agents, API), a setup pass for Claude Code on every engineer's machine, and a shared mental model that the rest of the intensive builds on.
Day 2 is the toolkit day. Session 1 covers the full Claude product suite bottom-up (chats and projects, artifacts, Cowork with skills and connectors, scheduled tasks, Dispatch, personal computer control, and Claude Design), with every feature demo followed by a 5-minute hands-on practice pocket. Session 2 covers Claude Code basics and internals: .claude/ folders, memory.md, agents.md, skills, and a custom MCP server you stand up live.
Day 3 is pure depth. Session 1 covers context engineering, harness engineering, agentic patterns with real examples (Xcode MCP for iOS, browser MCPs for web), routines and automations, evals and observability, and FinOps. Session 2 covers the Anthropic developer platform (Messages API, tool use, structured outputs, Agent SDK) and closes with Managed Agents as the finale.
