For urgent issues during a live cohort session — can't get into Zoom, exercise repo broken, anything mid-session — the cohort Discord is faster than email. The instructor and other engineers are on standby during sessions.

02 / Cohort-day issues

Cohort-day issues

If you can't connect to Zoom or hit a setup blocker on Day 1, post in the cohort's Discord channel. We watch it live during sessions and the rest of the cohort is usually faster than email at unblocking common issues.

If something breaks before the cohort starts — Zoom link missing, can't access the exercise repo, missing welcome email — email support@claudecamp.ai and we'll sort it the same business day.

03 / Refunds

Refunds

Cancel 48 or more hours before Day 1 and you get a full refund, no questions asked.

Email support@claudecamp.ai from the email address you enrolled with. Refunds typically process within 5 business days back to the original payment method.

04 / Reimbursement

Reimbursement

Many companies cover Claude Camp through L&D budgets or education-benefits programs under IRS Section 127 (up to $5,250/year tax-free for qualifying programs).

We provide everything reimbursement programs typically ask for:

  • Itemized invoices addressed to your company.
  • W-9 on request.
  • Detailed receipts with course title, dates, and instructor.
  • Course description and curriculum, ready to attach to a request.

Email support@claudecamp.ai with your company's reimbursement form (or the fields it asks for) and we'll send everything you need.

05 / Team enrollment

Team enrollment

For teams of 3 or more, email support@claudecamp.ai with your team size and we'll send a team-discounted invoice. Team pricing kicks in at 3 seats and gets better at 6.

For teams of 6 or more, mention whether you'd prefer a private cohort scheduled around your team's calendar instead of joining the public one. Private cohorts include custom exercises tailored to your stack and a dedicated onboarding call before Day 1.

If you have specific accessibility needs — captions during live sessions, screen-reader compatibility for materials, alternative formats, extended time on exercises, or anything else — email support@claudecamp.ai ahead of your cohort and we'll accommodate.

Reach out as early as you can so we have time to set things up properly. We'd rather over-prepare than rush.
