How is this different from the public 2-day intensive at $599/seat?
The public cohort is standardized curriculum on fixed dates with a mixed audience - great if you want our flagship program as-designed. Custom team engagements are built from scratch for your team's specific context: your stack, codebase, workflows, terminology, real use cases. Private delivery, your schedule, and monthly advisory follow-ups built in.
Are the ranges firm?
These are starting points, not list prices. Every engagement is custom-scoped - final pricing reflects team size, customization depth, follow-up cadence, and scheduling. Reach out and we'll size it together.
What does the quarterly retainer include?
Default shape: a 2–3 day kickoff intensive + 12 monthly advisory sessions + async access (email/Slack) + adjustments as Claude ships new features. If your team already has a baseline and wants advisory-only, that's a different shape we can quote on the discovery call.
Do you work with non-engineering teams?
Yes. The curriculum gets weighted toward whoever is in the room - operators, founders, ops, marketing, design, mixed-role teams. Engineering teams get more Claude Code + harness depth; generalist teams get more claude.ai + Cowork + Design. Decided in discovery.
Billing, contracts, invoicing?
Invoice / PO billing, NET 30 standard. W-9 on request. SOW provided after the discovery call once scope is locked. Most engagements bill 50% on signing, 50% on completion; quarterly retainers bill monthly.
Do you travel for in-person engagements?
Default delivery is remote via Zoom. In-person available for engagements at the 2-day+ tier - travel + expenses billed separately at cost.
