Each day is one 3-hour session, so about 6 hours of live instruction across the two days. Most cohorts run 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM PT (1:00 - 4:00 PM ET / 7:00 - 10:00 PM CEST) on both days; the Asia-Pacific-friendly option runs 5:00 - 8:00 PM PT. Every session includes a short ~10-minute break. On top of the live days there is about an hour of self-guided onboarding in the course portal (a quick intake, a brainstorm, a guided setup checklist, and an AI primer) you do before Day 1. Day 1 is the Operator Day: run your business on Claude (claude.ai, Cowork, Design). Day 2 is the Builder Day: Claude Code, the always-on operator setup, and the developer platform. Sessions run live on Zoom and are recorded - your cohort's recordings land in your course portal, yours to keep.

Ambitious operators - entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, AI builders, bootstrappers, ex-engineers going solopreneur, college kids and young adults filling the gap left by junior tech jobs, and engineers whose companies aren't training them in-house on AI. After your cohort wraps you get a 30-minute 1:1 session to go deep on what you built and what to do next. Yes. Every operator who completes the cohort gets a Claude Camp certificate of completion you can add to LinkedIn or submit for L&D reimbursement. No. Everything runs in the Claude app, which works the same on Mac and Windows - there's no terminal or toolchain to configure. The course portal's setup checklist covers the couple of installs that matter, and if anything fights you, your included 15-minute prep call sorts it before Day 1.

Claude Pro ($20/mo) is the minimum and it includes Claude Code. For the cohort we recommend Claude Max ($100/mo), because Pro's usage limits are shared across Claude and Claude Code and can run out partway through a full day of hands-on building. Either plan works for the live sessions. Max just gives you comfortable headroom so you never stall mid-exercise.

A personal account is preferred. Claude Code is available on Team and Enterprise plans, so a company subscription can technically work, but corporate setups often add VPN, network, or admin restrictions that block Claude Code, connectors, or the developer console. If your company setup is fully unrestricted, you're fine to use it. If you're not sure, a personal account skips the guesswork. It's never a blocker, just not always the smoothest path.
