The 2-Day Intensive
Two live days operating the full Claude stack, applied to your real work. Day 1 puts your operation on Claude. Day 2 ships real software with Claude Code.
Engineering Day
One day for the technical tier: build a company brain on your real knowledge, put an agent on it, and deploy it. RAG, the Agent SDK, Managed Agents, and a live deploy that keeps working after the session ends.
Coaching
Direct 1:1 time with the lead instructor on the thing you are building: product, engineering, design, and go-to-market, from someone who ships with Claude every day.
Company Training
A private engagement custom-built for your team: your systems, your workflows, your questions, answered in the room. Scoped together on a short discovery call.
